Question: How are classes conducted online by the academy?
Answer: Classes are conducted online, using Zoom App. Using the app requires computer/ tablet / iPad with a good speed internet connection. Having a good quality headset with built in microphone will be appreciated because it increases the concentration of student towards the class.
Question: Do I need to download any particular software to attend the classes?
Answer: Yes, you need to download Zoom App.
Question: How will I pay my monthly tuition fees to the academy?
Answer: Payments can be made using different payment methods. Your admin representative will discuss the payment options depending on the country of residence. All Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.
Question: What if I cannot attend the classes on particular dates and want to take a leave?
Answer: If a student cannot attend a particular class, the admin representative should be informed at least 48 hours in advance. If a class is missed without notice it will be counted as absent not Cancelled.
Question: Can I request for a free trial class before registering for a course?
Answer: Yes, free trial classes are available for all courses.
Question: Do I need to purchase course books after registration?
Answer: Academy will provide all the required course books (free of cost) after a student register for a particular course.
Question: Can I request for a teacher who has studied from Hawza?
Answer: All of our teachers are graduates of Hawza e ilmia Qum Iran, providing quality Islamic Knowledge to students worldwide.
